We can only apologise that our Business platform has been used for more than three and a half years (to our knowledge) by some local hacking cyber crime team. #Hove #Crime
It seems to have continued throughout the summer 2012 having been identified March 2012 with Brighton Police, with further problems with our charity fashion site and may even include bogus paypal payments possibly being sent or information used in a menacing way. Paypal is now closed up.
When is it going to stop? Its criminal.

Filed Legal Statement re Adoption Act 2002 with Brighton Police and subsequent burglary of adoption matters and family images. Sent life threatening, malicious, bogus ‘google’ alerts crimes, received over a 4 day period 4 – 7 Aprl 2012 using the information that was burgled.
Mike Weatherley MP was filed with 2 complaint issues 16 October 2012 re Adoption details. Has failed to offer meeting to resolve #Hove #Crime issues.

Body devices are toxic, lethal and can kill, operated by electro-wireless. Our NHS Doctors are trained to appreciate how these devices work, the symptons and where to place in the body. Our Police forces know of their existance.
Devices are too horrible to explain further to the public and each day a diary is being kept of what the device is doing.
Lets hope that soon our policitians that run the NHS may wake up and realise that perhaps the general public shouldn’t be exposed to this sort of crime.

202 days since NHS Trust Brighton Sussex Partnership informed that a doctor’s notes and name was missing in an operation conducted 2009 and possible body device planted.

Rogue doctor operating in NHS Brighton Hospital not leaving patient notes and name of operations undertaken since July 2009.
Calls for Jeremy Hunt MP Minister of State to take urgent action by National Press and Conservative Party.
Other NHS Doctors attempting to cover up and include making misleading statements about crimes including integrity of MP Mike Weatherley, his parliamentary team and Business Show Director.
Re-opended police case. Filed print screens of MP to support IP/Hacking evidence.
11 November 2012
For anumber of years we now understand that Brighton & Hove Business Show website, email facilities and social media sites have been subject to cybercrime.
16 October 2012
Computers were found to have spyware operating reporting back to some private investigating team including a video/camera link and audio. This was discovered by a professional online team.
December 2011
Unwanted Intellectual Property crime of pictures of Ed Vaizey MP Minister of State Culture Media and Sport being hacked off a picture which included the Brighton & Hove Business Show banners and Intellectual Property and that of Mike Weatherley MP. The true picture is below.
This picture was defaced and put on another unsuitable website belonging to Squatters.
A number of email trails were made to Ed Vaizey, Mike Weatherley and his team and a number of response emails were made back to The Brighton & Hove Business Show by them. Copies in our and police possession.
Emails were also sent to the Head of the Council, Leader of the Council at that time, Leader of the Green Party and Leader of the Labour Party that this was not acceptable to Brighton & Hove Businesses to be involved with such political matters as squatting.
Meetings held in recent weeks have identified that those personnel do not think they ever received those emails and certainly cannot identify those pictures. Copies of the information including pictures have now been left with them. This is most worrying that emails we have been sending out have been defaced / stopped / sent elsewhere or not at all. Worse, is that bogus replies were made from those individuals who state they have not seen their emails to make replies.
This is a cybercrime criminal act under the Communications Act 2003 to send false messages.
The Squatting organisation duly took down the picture after a few requests.
Brief discussion took place with Mike Weatherley at Portcullis House London 16 January 2012.
February 2012
Further email trails were passed between Mike Weatherley and his team and Brighton and Hove Business which we have managed to retain copies before these were further removed by criminals late April 2012.
For some reason or other, in the matter of squatting, all emails and pictures were cyberhacked except the email to Ed Vaizey, 15 December 2011, which at 16 October 2012 remained on the Business site website email facility.
We naturally apologise to all those businesses concerned but whilst this crime has been identified, along with a number of others, since at least early 2009, there appears to be a number of criminal matters urgently to pursue.

The NHS Trust Brighton Sussex Partnership have failed to find a doctor or their GMC registration, operating on the Business Director at The Sussex County Hospital, 24 July 2009, despite Legal and Formal requests made since April 2012. They have further confirmed that they require another two months to do so.
This is most worrying in matters of business crime in the Brighton and Sussex region.
A further letter has been sent to Mike Weatherley MP asking for that letter ‘Complaints 8 October – 8 November 2012,’ dated 8 November 2012, to be provided to Jeremy Hunt, Minister of State in this urgent case of surveillance devices and The NHS Trust Brighton Sussex Partnership.

7 November 2012
Is this the start of a new wave of business crime?
An Open letter to Jeremy Hunt MP Secretary of State for Health
Sir,
Urgent Request
The Business Director founded Brighton & Hove Business Show www.brightonandhovebusinessshow.co.uk and business events during 2008. A well known business face around the City offering a hugely successful platform to thousands of businesses, and local officials including councillors and MPS. It is with great disappointment that events have been suspended.
21 March 2009 a lump was found in the Business Directors throat. Cancer was feared. Close relatives informed.
The NHS Trust Brighton & Sussex Partnership carried out an operation to remove 24 July 2009 at Brighton‘s Sussex County Hospital.
April 2012 The NHS Trust was repeatably warned that medical files may have been stolen They chose to ignore this information.
Details of the doctor(s) operating have been removed from paper and electronic files. These are Regulatory, Rules and obligatory to all patients at all times under The General Medical Council and Trusts own Regulations and Rules, even by just a phone call.
The Trust and The Trust Board were alerted by several requests since the Business Director checked her files at the Primary Care Trust 23 October 2012 and at The Sussex County Brighton Hospital 24 October 2012.
The Board was issued with a general complaint and formal complaint and asked to provide the name(s) of those doctor(s) allegedly operating for The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery along with an explanation as to why the doctor(s) operating failed to make themselves known before/after the operation as is also required by Regulations and Rules.
They were unable to provide the details by 10am 5 November 2012.
July 2012 saw confirmation of further damage to the throat muscles where the Director had lost most of her voice by 2011 and in continual pain.
October 2012 a surveillance device was suspected to be still operating in the body, confirmed by a series of wireless tests, which operates these devices. The NHS Trust chose to ignore this information initially provided to them April 2012.
September 2012 Police confirmed these surveillance devices are not known to them to be in the teeth but located in the body.
Surveillance devices are common place, in the general public, operated by private surveillance firms. These devices operate by strength of wireless and can read minds and thoughts. All NHS Trust doctors have an appreciation of these devices and what they are capable of doing.
They can also cause havoc in the business community by ‘hacking’ privy to all passwords, site details etc., through the information provided by the mind. It comes as no surprise that Brighton & Hove Business Show has been ‘hacked’ for years.
The Local MP, Mike Weatherley, has received 10 complaints and a number of emails since 8 October 2012 about the NHS Trusts failings to take up matters since April 2012. This case is possibly outside of the local MPs remit, but the Business Director, family, friends and businesses have been asking for a meeting with him to discuss matters.
May 2012 the Business Director was informed by a NHS Trust Doctor in Hove, that a doctor would loose their job if she took action. This information has clearly alarmed her, her family, friends and businesses indicating that certain medics possibly knew that medical files had been removed along with the doctor’s name operating, when she reported them, as far back as the beginning of April 2012.
A second and urgent operation is clearly required, as it is understood from private surveillance companies, as the way to remove devices stored in muscle areas of the throat, and this information from the doctor that operated in 2009 is critical to the success of the second operation.
National Newspapers, including the Daily Mail, consider that Jeremy Hunt, The Secretary of State for Health, is the only person to sort this debacle out. That he has a responsibility to ensure that the NHS Trusts are performing under Rules and Regulations and that no ’rogue’ doctor is operating in the Sussex region performing private security surveillance work without the patients knowledge or consent. In fact, it’s believed to be a criminal offence to do so.
We and the newspapers look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.
Yours faithfully
M Elwy (Ms)

Make it in Great Britain Winners
The winners of the Make it in Great Britain Challenge have been announced – a competition launched earlier this year to find the most innovative pre-market products, processes and concepts in the UK and chosen from the last five finalists, by the public.
BedFleX, A Preston-based group of BAE Systems apprentices won the special award after their entry was on display for the final week of the Make it in Great Britain exhibition at the Science Museum, during the summer.
BedFleX is an elastic attachment for use by recovering amputees and critical care patients which allows them to take part in bed-based exercise to aid rehabilitation.
24 July 2012 the Science Museum opened it’s doors for the free Make it in Great Britain exhibition, celebrating the success of British manufacturing.
A recent survey conducted by the museum, reinforces the view amongst Britain’s manufacturers that their work is underappreciated and poorly understood by the public. Some 80 per cent of those surveyed erroneously believed financial services are more lucrative to Britain than the country’s £137bn-a-year manufacturing industry. Less than a third were aware that manufacturing in Britain still employs around 2.5m people.
